The use of intergalactic bacteria in an otherwise fairly straightforward spy story is just the kind of thing that Jacobs would do. That’s as sci-fi as it gets. However, Voronov has ideas of his own about how the bacteria should be used and, aided by the dastardly Colonel Olrik, he plans to turn the bacteria into a biological weapon that can be used against the West. Refresh and try again. The art is great. There are a few interesting “easter eggs” in the story as well.
Thanks for telling us about the problem. However, it’s an excellent cold war-era spy tale. It feels like a two-parter condensed into one part.
